Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3+ years experience as an associate manager or 3 years as an assistant manager with 100% certification in all workstations
  • Food Safety Manager certification required

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations execution and management of staff
  • demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • ensure proper training and accountability for restaurant team to deliver excellent guest service and food quality according to Denny's brand systems
  • review practices and modify as needed to improve guest experience and maintain visibility and interaction with guests
  • respond to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally ensuring positive resolution
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service as per Denny's brand image
