Job Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
  • ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience managing large teams
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • capable of handling kitchen operations including ordering and inventory

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching and leadership skills
  • organized and deadline-oriented
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • coach and develop the restaurant team

  • manage inventory and ordering processes
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • oversee scheduling and staff performance evaluations
