Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of mastering every position in the restaurant
- experience managing a large team
- commitment to continuous learning and growth
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- strong coaching and leadership skills
- demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory and ordering
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members
- experience managing large teams
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, ordering, and kitchen coordination
- coach and develop team members through effective feedback and training
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- build strong relationships with guests and staff to promote a positive and welcoming environment
- handle scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
