Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching and leadership abilities
  • organizational skills with focus on driving results
  • willingness to learn and master every restaurant position
  • ability to build positive relationships with guests and staff
  • humility and eagerness to learn
  • experience managing large teams
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • comfort working in the kitchen environment
  • ability to manage ordering and inventory effectively

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • coach and develop team members through effective feedback and training
  • handle guest relations and resolve any customer complaints
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
