Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- ability to provide effective coaching and build teams
- strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable working onsite full time
