Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe Certification required
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as the schedules are rotated
- Reliable transportation

- Proven ability to solve problems

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service
- Manage and train team members to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ServSafe standards
- Analyze financial reports to manage budgets and improve profitability
- Schedule staff shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
