Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations according to company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work assignments
- Appraise employee performance
- Reward and discipline staff
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional and hospitable behavior
- Assist with category job duties as needed
- Support marketing programs and sales building activities
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, review financial reports and schedules
- Manage food costs through recipe and inventory control
- Control labor costs using scheduling tools
- Perform all other duties as assigned
