Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
  • Completion of food safety or sanitation training
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computations skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certification prior to beginning work

Job Duties

  • Manage various areas of responsibility within the operation including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager in efficient restaurant operations according to company policy and standards
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
  • Assist in selection and recruitment of front and back of house employees
  • Support training and development of restaurant employees
  • Manage performance of hourly employees emphasizing front of house roles
  • Complete general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote business growth, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand integrity
