Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
- capacity to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lead a team effectively
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- strong leadership and people management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to handle high-pressure situations
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of inventory and operations management
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to maintain high performance
- manage inventory and ensure efficient stock levels
- deliver exceptional guest experiences through quality service
- lead by example and maintain a calm demeanor during busy shifts
- balance operational focus with people-first leadership
- ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations
