Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for handling objects and controls
  • Ability to bend, stoop
  • Ability to communicate verbally
  • Ability to use close and distance vision
  • Ability to access all areas of the restaurant
  • Available to work various shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a leadership role

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work
  • Appraise performance
  • Reward and discipline employees
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Occasionally assist team members with job duties
  • Assist with building store sales by ensuring timely execution of marketing programs
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure OSHA, local health, safety codes, and company safety policies are met
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
  • Control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial reports, and scheduling
  • Control food and labor costs through effective inventory and scheduling
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
