Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Leadership skills demonstrated
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and P&L
- Drive sales growth through guest service and team development
- Motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
- Manage guest experience and respond to feedback
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
- Provide coaching and recognition to staff
- Manage labor schedules and enforce compliance with regulations
- Ensure adherence to operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator when needed
