Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Leadership skills demonstrated
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and P&L
  • Drive sales growth through guest service and team development
  • Motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Manage guest experience and respond to feedback
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
  • Provide coaching and recognition to staff
  • Manage labor schedules and enforce compliance with regulations
  • Ensure adherence to operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator when needed
