Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior management experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
excellent communication skills
ability to manage team and delegate tasks

Job Duties

maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws
ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently
create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling
