Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in QSR industry or full-service concept
- ServSafe certified
- Fluent in English
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Ability to drive and travel within assigned area
- Comfortable with extended periods of standing, sitting, typing, reaching, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to travel overnight if required

Job Duties
- Fully staff the store with quality people
- Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees
- Ensure the entire team is certified according to current training processes
- Create a service-oriented culture
- Promote an environment of fun and teamwork
- Evaluate performance and recommend salary increases
- Recommend, approve, and administer disciplinary actions
- Develop and grow team members and future managers
- Execute Del Taco standards and use processes and systems consistently
- Maintain facility and customer areas
- Maintain all equipment to operational and safety standards
- Deliver quality products to Del Taco standards
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards
- Ensure employees are in proper uniform
- Ensure consistent service experience
- Ensure POP and signage is present and properly located
- Identify and communicate sales goals
- Ensure right staffing based on projected and actual sales
- Increase customer count and check average
- Identify and execute local store marketing opportunities
- Stay aware of local events and competition
- Execute speed and service standards
- Maintain staffing levels relative to sales
- Comply with labor laws
- Accurately order and manage inventory
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Perform cash audits and address issues
- Execute safety and health standards
- Manage service vendors efficiently
- Achieve and communicate controllable cost targets
