Job Requirements

3 plus years experience in the restaurant industry
Prior management experience required
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organization and leadership skills
Dependable and reliable
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Reliable means of transportation
50 hours work week minimum
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be friendly and outgoing
Must work well with others and show respect to co workers
Must take pride in the work that you do
Must have strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

3 plus years experience in the restaurant industry
Prior management experience

Job Duties

Manage staff and daily operations
Implement the restaurant's standards, policies, and procedures
Oversee the guest experience to ensure the highest satisfaction
Coordinate schedules and staff duties to optimize efficiency
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Monitor inventory and order supplies when necessary
