Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in restaurant or hospitality
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification
- Ability to work 50-55 hours per week
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, and navigate stairs
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification
- Leadership qualities including good listening and motivational skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Manage and direct the FOH service department including hiring, scheduling, and training
- Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure proper certification and education
- Resolve employee complaints and conduct performance reviews
- Manage bar inventory, variances, and ordering if applicable
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in operational decisions
- Address guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Use company business systems effectively such as POS, scheduling, and labor management
