Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • proven ability to work under pressure
  • people-first leadership approach
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage inventory and staff scheduling
  • ensure operational flow and efficiency during busy shifts
  • foster a culture of care and teamwork
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • lead by example in embodying Cracker Barrel's hospitality values
