Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong communication skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team

- ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage inventory and staff scheduling
- ensure operational flow and efficiency during busy shifts

- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- lead by example in embodying Cracker Barrel's hospitality values
