Job Duties
- support the General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans supportive of company and market strategies
- plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
- ensure appropriate training and development to all employees
- oversee menu item preparation and service in accordance with brand standards
- maintain proper inventory levels for food and nonfood items using company guidelines
- direct operational execution of service to ensure guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
- oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, security, safety and sanitation requirements
- promote company values and policies with emphasis on safety
- manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs and maintenance, and food costs
- monitor local market trends and collaborate on marketing programs
- maintain a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues
- manage conflicts effectively
- demonstrate strong leadership and flexibility
