Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of college preferred
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant's profitability by overseeing P&L statements and financial outcomes
  • Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a clean facility
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest issues and feedback
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
  • Provide coaching and recognition to enhance team performance and capabilities
  • Optimize restaurant labor scheduling and ensure proper managerial staffing
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and brand standards
