Job Requirements

  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Must be legally eligible to work for Hooters
  • Ability to complete all legally required certifications prior to starting
  • Commitment to company core values
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
  • Ability to maintain alcohol service standards
  • Must not be compensated for certification training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Food safety and sanitation training completed
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Effective leadership and coaching abilities
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to build relationships and handle confidential information
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness
  • Oversee drink presentation and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager with operational efficiency
  • Compensate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Support hiring and employee development
  • Manage hourly employee performance
  • Assist with payroll, human resources, marketing and financial reporting
  • Promote business growth and brand integrity
  • Schedule and staff the restaurant
  • Handle proper cash management
  • Build team cohesion
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Implement To Go service and catering
  • Support local store marketing
