Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Great communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems
  • Strong business acumen to understand financial statements and contributing factors
  • Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as the schedules are rotated
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ServSafe Certification required

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
  • Prepare and serve food items according to Denny’s standards
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations including ServSafe certification requirements
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff members
  • Manage inventory and supplies to support operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve restaurant goals
