Job Requirements
- Minimum two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe Certification required
- Great communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Strong business acumen to understand financial statements and contributing factors
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as the schedules are rotated
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
- Prepare and serve food items according to Denny’s standards
- Follow all food safety and health regulations including ServSafe certification requirements
- Assist with training and mentoring new staff members
- Manage inventory and supplies to support operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve restaurant goals
