Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain composure in busy environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and safety regulations
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach the restaurant team to provide outstanding guest service
  • manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently
  • oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • create schedules that optimize labor and meet operational needs
  • maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests and employees
  • handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
