Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
- ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain composure in busy environments

- Minimum of 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and safety regulations
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Lead and coach the restaurant team to provide outstanding guest service
- manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently
- oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- create schedules that optimize labor and meet operational needs
- maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests and employees
- handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
