Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable

Job Duties
- Supervise employees following company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, train, assign, and direct employee work
- appraise performance and provide rewards or discipline
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist with category job duties as needed
- build store sales and execute marketing programs
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash, review financial reports and schedules, take necessary actions
- control food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- monitor labor costs through scheduling tools
- perform any other assigned duties
