Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a manager including profit and loss responsibility
- Experience with POS Management Systems
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Lead, train, and manage restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and manage profit and loss responsibilities to achieve financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Utilize POS Management Systems to optimize transactions and reporting
- Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally
- Assist with hiring and performance evaluations of restaurant staff
