Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a manager including profit and loss responsibility
  • Experience with POS Management Systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills

  • Experience with POS Management Systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Lead, train, and manage restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and manage profit and loss responsibilities to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Utilize POS Management Systems to optimize transactions and reporting
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally
  • Assist with hiring and performance evaluations of restaurant staff
