Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
- Previous work in fine-dining or premium casual environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in reservation and POS software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or assistant/general manager in a high-volume, premium or fine-casual/fine-dining environment
- A hands-on leadership style with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, motivate, and retain high-performing front-of-house teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with reservations and POS systems
- Experience with logs, checklists, and basic KPI tracking
Job Duties
- Own the guest experience by ensuring fast, friendly, professional, and responsive hospitality
- Lead the front-of-house team by coaching, inspiring, and holding staff accountable to Gordon Ramsay standards
- Oversee daily service including pre-shift briefings, section assignments, pacing, and coordination with the kitchen
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and training of front-of-house personnel to maintain high performance
- Uphold health, safety, alcohol, and food service compliance to company and statutory standards
- Optimize reservations, booking flow, large parties, and event management to support sales
- Partner with leadership on inventory management, labor control, comps and voids management, and operational best practices
- Maintain clear and timely communication with general management, back-of-house leadership, and team members
- Ensure shift notes and logbooks are accurate and actionable
