Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant service roles preferably with training and leadership
- Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor law compliance
- Ability to handle cost control and inventory management
- Capacity to perform restaurant opening and closing duties

- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a server or bartender with training and leadership responsibilities

Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- Cost control including food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- Oversee staff before, during and after service
- Provide training and coaching on standards
- Shift planning and scheduling staff for anticipated business flow
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- Coach and motivate team in alignment with company culture and business needs
- Implement specials and marketing initiatives
- Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
