Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant service roles preferably with training and leadership
  • Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance
  • Ability to handle cost control and inventory management
  • Capacity to perform restaurant opening and closing duties

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a server or bartender with training and leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours a week
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Experience in scheduling and shift planning

Job Duties

  • Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control including food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Oversee staff before, during and after service
  • Provide training and coaching on standards
  • Shift planning and scheduling staff for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • Coach and motivate team in alignment with company culture and business needs
  • Implement specials and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
