Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality
  • maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • lead and motivate team during busy shifts
  • handle scheduling and labor management
