Job Requirements

experience managing budgets and financial planning

experience with Aloha, OLO, Compeat, and Radar
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
food safety and alcohol service certification
flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Run daily restaurant operations efficiently
hire, train, and coach restaurant staff
address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
manage labor costs, inventory, and sales
maintain food safety and quality standards
oversee scheduling and shift management
implement operational tools and technology
