Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent hands-on experience in fine dining
- 2-3 years of upscale restaurant management experience
- strong leadership skills
- experience with POS and reservation systems
- proficiency in MS Office

- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house staff in delivering elevated, fine dining service
- ensure all service standards align with the expectations of Longwood Gardens, our company, and our guests
- maintain and manage staff scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties
- conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate service goals clearly
- collaborate cross-functionally to meet and exceed guest expectations
- manage daily floor plans, station assignments, and reservation systems to optimize service flow
- supervise and ensure completion of daily side work and service readiness
- maintain a pristine and welcoming dining room environment
- resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and grace
- act as an ambassador of hospitality and a role model for the team
