Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager or minimum 3 years external management experience
- Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Willingness to travel to other locations
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required for internal promotion
- working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
- AA degree acceptable for external recruitment
- BA/BS in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure adherence to training systems
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution
- Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all policies and regulations
