Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager or minimum 3 years external management experience
  • Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • Willingness to travel to other locations
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required for internal promotion
  • working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • AA degree acceptable for external recruitment
  • BA/BS in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English

  • Proficient in basic math
  • Proven analytical skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure adherence to training systems
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service and food quality
  • Respond to guest concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all policies and regulations
