Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Serve Safe Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel and POS software
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring physical dexterity

Job Duties

  • Oversees the restaurant operations to ensure high quality food, cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ensures excellent customer service and experience
  • Addresses customer complaints and resolves problems
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate inventory to meet operational needs
  • Ensures that the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs
  • Recruits, interviews, and hires restaurant employees
  • plans, assigns and directs work, conducts performance evaluations, rewards and disciplines, motivates and trains team members
  • Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation
  • Promote suggestive selling techniques
  • Conduct team meetings as needed to discuss daily operations, procedures, store promotions, safety, security, and training
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Promote, support and encourage local marketing to increase restaurant sales
  • Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
