Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum requirements of Shift Leader role including physical requirements
  • 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fast casual restaurant chains
  • Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
  • Familiarity with operational and scheduling tech tools
  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
  • Highly organized with experience in scheduling and performance oversight

Job Duties

  • Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Foster a culture of trust and recognition
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak times
  • Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
  • Ensure clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest experiences
  • Manage controllable costs and support scheduling
  • Drive sales and implement business strategies using data insights
  • Support effective use of operations systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform all Shift Leader duties including kitchen lead and team member responsibilities
