Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee both front and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance their performance
- manage inventory and ensure supplies meet operational needs
- deliver exceptional guest experience aligning with Cracker Barrel standards
- maintain smooth kitchen and dining room flow during all shifts
- enforce company policies and health and safety regulations
- lead and motivate staff through busy and high-pressure periods
