Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee both front and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their performance
  • manage inventory and ensure supplies meet operational needs
  • deliver exceptional guest experience aligning with Cracker Barrel standards
  • maintain smooth kitchen and dining room flow during all shifts
  • enforce company policies and health and safety regulations
  • lead and motivate staff through busy and high-pressure periods
