Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume full-service environment
  • Must have a passion for hospitality
  • Food manager certification
  • Results-driven trustworthy and team-oriented
  • Hard working outgoing positive and friendly
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows
  • Ensure high food quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Lead team member training, development, and mentorship programs
  • Review financial reports and assist in driving restaurant sales
  • Motivate and engage the team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering, and supply monitoring
  • Fill in operational gaps as needed to maintain guest satisfaction and effective operations
