- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Food manager certification
- Results-driven trustworthy and team-oriented

- Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows
- Ensure high food quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Lead team member training, development, and mentorship programs
- Review financial reports and assist in driving restaurant sales
- Motivate and engage the team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Participate in inventory management, ordering, and supply monitoring
- Fill in operational gaps as needed to maintain guest satisfaction and effective operations
