Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to thrive under pressure and manage a team effectively

Job Duties
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
- manage inventory and ordering to maintain operational efficiency
- deliver exceptional guest service consistent with company standards
- maintain a welcoming and safe environment for guests and employees
- handle scheduling and labor management
- address and resolve operational or customer issues promptly
