Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to thrive under pressure and manage a team effectively

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
  • manage inventory and ordering to maintain operational efficiency
  • deliver exceptional guest service consistent with company standards
  • maintain a welcoming and safe environment for guests and employees
  • handle scheduling and labor management
  • address and resolve operational or customer issues promptly
