Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Availability to work in at least three DMV locations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Willingness to participate actively in training programs

- Minimum 3 years managing in a high volume, full service, casual dining environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations
