Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role is preferred

- Experience with inventory control systems and budgeting processes is advantageous

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers

Job Duties
- Managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and shift management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff on best practices in hospitality management
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
