Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff on best practices in hospitality management
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to optimize profitability
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
