Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • knowledge of MS Office, ALOHA or MICROS, and Compeat Advantage or Rest. 365
  • proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality
  • pleasant and polite manner with neat and clean appearance
  • ability to motivate a team to meet food and service standards
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage, and labor costs

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • oversee employee selection, development, and performance management
  • coordinate inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • optimize restaurant profits
  • ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience
  • collaborate with kitchen, stewarding, F&B staff, and management teams
  • maintain professional appearance and uphold company policies and procedures
