Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in restaurant operations
ability to lead and manage teams
strong problem-solving skills
effective communication skills
knowledge of local, state and federal regulations
availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous restaurant management experience preferred
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to analyze financial reports
knowledge of food safety standards
experience with staff training and development
proficiency in inventory management

Job Duties

support General Manager in development of restaurant operating plans
plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
ensure menu items meet brand standards
maintain inventory levels for food and nonfood items
direct operational execution to ensure guest satisfaction
uphold compliance with all laws and regulations
manage maintenance and sanitation requirements
