Job Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences
  • Food Handler Certification if applicable
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests
  • Lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team
  • Evaluate daily restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food production
  • Participate in evaluation of food products, kitchen employee performance, and product development
  • Develop selection and pricing strategy of liquors and wines and supervise their procurement
  • Assist General Manager in building financial objectives and meeting budget targets
  • Execute and improve annual marketing plan and utilize marketing funds effectively
  • Help control costs focusing on sales and payroll
  • Communicate with management and staff, identify personnel needs and provide training
  • Conduct regular and honest quarterly performance evaluations
  • Implement ongoing training for new and existing management and staff
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of restaurant internally and externally
  • Supervise all non-supervisory service employees
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws
  • Interview, hire, train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work
  • Appraise performance
  • Reward and coach employees
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
