Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years' management experience in casual dining
Availability to work at multiple locations within Detroit market
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining company standards
Willingness to engage in hands-on management

Job Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience managing in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment
Proven leadership skills
Ability to coach and mentor staff effectively
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Experience in food service operations
Capability to manage multiple restaurant locations
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Job Duties

Oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations
Achieve sales and profit goals
Maintain high food quality standards
Set the tone and lead each shift with passion
Coach, mentor, and train team members
