Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work five 10-hour shifts weekly

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage full restaurant operations including kitchen and front of house
  • proven skills in inventory management and cost control
  • capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • oversee front-and back-of-house operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
  • coach, mentor, and develop team members to promote a positive work culture
  • manage inventory and maintain cost controls for food and supplies
  • lead daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain smooth kitchen flow and front-of-house service during busy shifts
  • motivate and encourage staff to provide excellent customer experiences
  • handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
