Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Self-driven and flexible with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledgeable in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with ability to learn new systems
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's training programs
Job Qualifications

- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- Direct crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order
- Complete other duties as assigned
