Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' restaurant management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple locations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environment
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
  • Valid work authorization for employment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience managing high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurants
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in coaching and training staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including sales and profit targets
  • Maintain high food quality and service standards
  • Set the tone and lead each shift with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Coach, mentor, and train restaurant staff
  • Manage multiple locations within the DMV market
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
