Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to work a 45-hour work week
  • Passion for hospitality and leadership
  • Availability to work varied shifts without late night bar hours
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 plus years of restaurant management experience strongly preferred
  • Passion for leading a team and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant front of house service teams
  • Assist with assistant manager roles and duties
  • Lead and develop team members through structured training
  • Ensure high quality food and exceptional guest service
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Participate in scheduling and staff management
  • Support a welcoming and respectful team environment
