Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to work a 45-hour work week
- Passion for hospitality and leadership
- Availability to work varied shifts without late night bar hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant front of house service teams
- Assist with assistant manager roles and duties
- Lead and develop team members through structured training
- Ensure high quality food and exceptional guest service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Participate in scheduling and staff management
- Support a welcoming and respectful team environment
