Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
- valid food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
