Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant restaurant management experience
  • valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Server Certification
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • proficiency in managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Server Certification
