Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience as a food and beverage manager, restaurant manager, or banquet manager
  • No college degree required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
  • Understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic organizational and mathematical abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members
  • Provide performance feedback and corrective actions when required to maintain high-quality service
  • Prepare cost and operational reporting and verify cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting
  • Maintain implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures
  • Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas run successfully
  • Support smooth operation of food and beverage services during diverse shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experience
