Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience as a food and beverage manager, restaurant manager, or banquet manager
- No college degree required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
- Understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic organizational and mathematical abilities

Job Duties
- Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members
- Provide performance feedback and corrective actions when required to maintain high-quality service
- Prepare cost and operational reporting and verify cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting
- Maintain implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures
- Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas run successfully
- Support smooth operation of food and beverage services during diverse shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experience
