Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Successful completion of food safety or sanitation training
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required before employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proven operational skills in customer service and hospitality
  • Strong coaching ability
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations and policy compliance
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
  • Assist in hiring front and back of house employees
  • Support employee training and development
  • Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house
  • Assist with payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote business, build sales, increase profits, and ensure brand integrity
  • Manage scheduling and staffing
  • Handle proper cash management
  • Build and lead effective teams
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee to go service and catering
  • Implement local store and grassroots marketing
