Job Requirements
- A minimum of two years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
- high personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to stand and walk around a restaurant to supervise operations for 8-10 hours

Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, and closing duties
- conduct daily briefings for team
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit process
- manage local marketing, sales, and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure 100% compliance with policies and laws
- recommend development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- recommend hiring and termination to General Manager
- cooperate with Team Member Relations in investigations
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
- manage guest relations and guest recovery
