Job Requirements
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures and policies
- understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- ability to provide effective supervisory practices
- willingness to complete recommended corporate training including crew positional training, Wendy's Management Institute, and food safety training
- strong interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory or management experience in the fast-food or retail industry preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and motivate team members
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to complete corporate training programs
- proven ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- participate in achieving store objectives
- interview, recommend, select, and train shift supervisors and crew members
- create and maintain an engaging and communicative team environment
- provide excellent customer service consistently
- ensure compliance with Wendy’s standard operating procedures and policies
- complete corporate training programs including crew positional, management institute, and food safety training
